An attorney, business owner, investor, philanthropist, and mother, Elizabeth A. Tresp, JD, LL.M. founded her law firm, Tresp Law, APC in 2013 as a solo practitioner but quickly grew the firm to a successful mid-sized practice with several attorneys practicing Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate Administration, and the litigation of disputes over decedents’ estates in trust and probate matters.

The firm represents fiduciaries, trustees, beneficiaries, and creditors; a breadth of experience in courtrooms throughout California that informs planning for complex estate matters. Elizabeth has a national client base consisting of thousands of clients from all walks of life.


In 2019, the nationally revered law firm of Day & Associates, Inc, the innovator of domestic and offshore asset protection trusts since 1992 became Tresp, Day & Associates, Inc, when Elizabeth teamed up with renowned author, speaker, and globally recognized asset protection expert Kevin Day, JD, MBA.

The firm has grown to include attorneys specializing in all aspects of high level estate planning, legal asset protection, and business succession planning, practicing in California, Nevada, and will soon be licensed in Montana, Wyoming, and Arizona.
